Blacktail Mountain is back on the market for a seemingly reasonable $3.5 million. The ski area, located near Whitefish, has 1,000 acres of terrain, 4 lifts and receives 250 inches of annual snowfall. The sale of this turnkey ski area also includes a 17,000 square-foot lodge.
