A senior from St. Lawrence University is dead as a result of a ski accident at Whiteface Mountain near Lake Placid, NY on Saturday reports the Press Republican.
Lukas Harvey was accompanied by college friends when the accident occurred. Bill Fox, the St Lawrence University president has since published a heartfelt letter to the school’s website celebrating Harvey’s “outstanding academic record and his diverse circle of friends.” It’s currently unclear as to what exactly caused the death.
