The 2016 -2017 ski season has been one for the history books. After a record breaking January and and monstrous February ski resorts are enjoying snowfall totals that they have not seen in years. Here is a look at the top snowfall totals across the United States.

9. Brighton, UT: 544”

8. Heavenly Mountain, CA: 556”

7. Northstar, CA: 561”

6. Squaw Valley, CA: 575”

5. Alpine Meadows, CA: 577”

4. Kirkwood Mountain, CA: 578”

3. Boreal Mountain, CA: 598”

2. Sugar Bowl, CA: 635”

1. Mt. Rose, NV: 650”

*Tahoe is the clear winner of the season so far with the the top 8 ski areas located within the Reno/Tahoe region.
