Tuning your own skis is really not that hard and once you get the hang of it it can become quite enjoyable. First thing you should do pick up a few tools and wax. There are a number of different kits out there but we recommend the Dakine Tune Kit. It have everything you need to get stated (except for an Iron). Then watch some video on how best to do a tune.
