I think the caption to this video might have been a bad translation or a little on the sarcastic side…“Russia finished construction of Kerch Ferry, which has been allocated 50 billion Ruble. Now residents of the Crimea will be much easier to get to Russia.”
…lets see if that 50 billion Ruble joke is still funny in a month.
