It is being reported that an Australian tourist and three Tibetans have died in an avalanche on Mount Everest.
State broadcaster CCTV said 154 people were stranded on the mountain by the avalanche but were rescued sometime yesterday.
It is believed that the group of 10 were camping illegally on Mount Everest at the time of the avalanche.
