Another Winter Weather Advisory for Lake Tahoe | 6-12” Above 7,000 Feet Saturday

Startin’ to look like this in Tahoe these days

After receiving 6-8 inches of new snow last night, NOAA just announced that we’ll be getting another 6-12 inches Saturday night.  We are starting to like this pattern.

The best news is the the storm next week looks like it could be in the 2 foot range.  We’ll see…

10 AM PST SUNDAY...

* TIMING: SNOW WILL INCREASE SATURDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE INTO
  EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 4 TO 8 INCHES...WITH 6 TO 12 INCHES ABOVE
  7000 FEET. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS NEAR THE SIERRA CREST.
