Fluted spines and cathedrals of metamorphic rock make up the spires and walls of the church of the Chugach, dwarfing the “magic carpet” at lower left as it rested between trips ferrying us to the best runs of our lives.
Some of the Unofficial crew was lucky enough to visit Cordova, Alaska and Points North Helithe last week of April. They flew two days with Points North Heli and were treated to skiing in some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Fortunately, professional photographer Grant Kaye ended up in their heli for the two fly days. Grant is an incredible photographer and we feel very lucky to have him share his perspective of Cordova, Alaska with us here today.
