What to say about today? This morning you could ski the upper mountain as fast as you wanted to. The snow came in so dense and the wind so hard that I had people asking me if they had groomed The Bowl. The whole upper mountain was smooth as a marble. It was incredible. As for the lower mountain…not so much. It rained to about 7,500′ and was thus super funky. It’s supposed to cool down over the next few days, so I’d suspect the upper mountain to continue to go off, while the lower mountain will probably be a dust-on-crust situation.
