WINDS WILL ALSO BECOME QUITE STRONG OVER THE NORTH CASCADES LATER TONIGHT WITH THE PASSAGE OF A STRONG COLD FRONT.

WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FOR THE NORTH CASCADES ABOVE 4000 FEET FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT.
