Epic fail while trying to land. This paraglider has defiantly seen better days!
If you french fry when you want to pizza, you’re going to have a bad day. Or if you flare when you want lift, you might get hit by a truck!
Bottom Line is this; You fly to where and what you focus your vision on. The guy simply did not have the eyes, or AWARENESS to land on a flat grassy spot, rather than flying right into the road of incoming traffic. Purely Pilot Error. He only has himself to blame. Totally preventable, with proper planning on landing at a designated landing zone.
