Welcome to Unofficial Networks Membership (“Membership,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in and using your Unofficial Networks Membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Membership
The Unofficial Networks Membership program provides subscribers (“Members,” “you,” or “your”) with access to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:
- Discounts on ski gear, apparel, and accessories from participating partners;
- Special rates and promotions on lodging and accommodations; and
- Lift ticket discounts and resort-specific offers.
Specific benefits and discounts may vary by partner, location, and availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any benefits at any time.
2. Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted by law. By signing up, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Membership Enrollment and Renewal
- Memberships can be purchased through unofficialnetworks.com/membership or other authorized channels.
- Your Membership term begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You authorize Unofficial Networks to charge your selected payment method for renewal fees unless you cancel your Membership before the renewal date.
4. Fees and Payments
- All Membership fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to adjust Membership pricing and benefits at any time, with notice to Members prior to renewal.
- Promotional discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.
5. Use of Discounts and Partner Offers
- Partner offers and discounts are provided at the discretion of participating merchants and may be subject to their own terms and restrictions.
- Unofficial Networks does not guarantee availability, quality, or continued participation of any partner.
- Misuse of discounts (including resale or sharing of member-only codes) may result in immediate termination of Membership without refund.
6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
- All Membership benefits are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Unofficial Networks makes no warranties regarding the availability, value, or suitability of offers and discounts.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unofficial Networks, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your Membership or participation in any offers.
7. Cancellations and Termination
- You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at membership@unofficialnetworks.com.
- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Unofficial Networks reserves the right to terminate Memberships for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Membership is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on unofficialnetworks.com with the effective date updated. Continued use of your Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY.
