The Utah County Sheriff Search and Rescue team responded to a rescue around the Bridal Veil Falls area in Utah County on Sunday, May 18, after three hikers wound up stranded due to poor weather.

When the foul weather rolled in, the hikers were unable to descend from the area they had hiked into, leading to the needed rescue. Utah County Sheriff Search and Rescue responded with assistance from a Utah Department of Public Safety helicopter.

Fortunately none of the three people were injured and everyone was safely removed from the mountain.
