Corbet's Couloir Crash.
Corbet's Couloir Crash.

Corbet’s Couloir at Jackson Hole consistently brings some of the greatest crash highlights ski season after ski season. People falling on their face, losing their skis, flipping, slipping, and so much more. But this Corbet’s Couloir spill might be one of the most dramatic I’ve ever seen.

The skier tees it all up right, gets things ready, is so prepared to send it, and nothing goes right. It seems he failed to twist in his initial pop, maybe because he’s skis got stuck, and that’s where things started. But from there he just pinballs back and forth, his torso struggling to keep up with his skis and feet. Fortunately he seems to start to get up right at the end of the clip.

Jackson Hole will attempt to break the record for the most people skiing in jeans at a single resort in one day, a record that they currently hold, on December 7. Lift tickets will cost just $25 for those wearing jeans on that day, so bust out that denim!
