Steamboat Springs, Colorado — A new luxury development is coming to Steamboat.
In March, The Amble was announced as Steamboat’s next major Full Steam Ahead project. The units range from one to four bedrooms, with the cheapest unit selling for $1.7 million and the priciest ones being $8.5 million. The 42-unit development features some nice amenities, including an outdoor pool and hot tub, a game room, an indoor parking garage with heated spaces and charging stations, and ski lockers. The building will be designed to have a net zero carbon footprint, as it will be powered entirely by electricity. Now, they’ve received the financing to make this happen.
This week, JLL Capital Markets announced that it has secured a $72.359 million construction loan for the development. This will help construction move forward over the next few years.
JLL Senior Managing Director Leon McBroom said the following in their press release about the development:
“East West has remarkable track record of creating a sense of place. The Amble is a continuation of East West’s exceptional vision and will further enhance the market providing the first luxury condominiums to be built in Steamboat in more than 15 years. The JLL team takes great pride in being a part of this wonderful project.”
As the picture above shows, construction on the new building is underway. They expect it to be completed in Spring 2026.
