PARIS, France – Olympians from all over the world are already making their way to Paris for the 2024 summer Olympics. Some are already there. Runners, jumpers, swimmers, gymnasts, cyclists, divers, rowers, kayakers, and so many more athletes, plus their coaches and staff, will be living in a village the size of 70 soccer fields (football pitches for the non-Americans). That’s 14,000 people, in one very futuristic and wild village.
“Athletes from around the world will soon converge on the Olympic village which will be home to 14,000 people during the Paris 2024 Games. The site is the size of 70 football pitches and will offer a large dining hall with different food stations, a vast gym, training grounds for a number of sports, a polyclinic, prayer rooms and an anti-doping centre.“
