Here’s a little throwback to the 70’s for ya. This Harveys Bristol Cream commercial ran in 1973, featuring 1959’s Tarzan actor Denny Miller. It feels like your classic mis-representation of the world of skiing and après-ski, especially with that ‘deep powder from the top’ comment. But I wasn’t around in the 70’s, so maybe that’s how the ski bums really spoke. Did you après-ski like this?

I don’t want to get too into it here, but this really does feel like it’s pulled straight from a bad vintage XX film. You know, like Logjammin’ in The Big Lebowski. That’s the cheesiness of it all, I guess.
