
Back in October in we broke the news to the skiing wold that a theatrical adaptation of Gwyneth Paltrow’s ski collision saga was hitting the stage in London and the it turned out to be a smash hit. After a run of sold out shows in December, it is returning to The Pleasance Theater for more dates from 30th January – 16th February:
“An interactive story of love, betrayal, and skiing where you are the jury! Prepare to be gooped. BYOJE (bring your own jade eggs).”
We were wondering how they would address the ski scenes on stage and it seems pretty straight forward with actors sliding around on skis with a few cotton balls interspersed for effect. She’s the Goop-founding, Door-Sliding, Shakespeare-In-Loving, consciously-uncoupling Hollywood superstar. He’s a retired optometrist from Utah. In 2016, they went skiing.
