Glad this skier okay after getting absolutely demolished by a low hanging chairlift on its descent down Myrkdalen Ski Resort in western Norway. It’s anyone’s guess why this area wasn’t roped off at the time but the cameraman commented the resort had a recent influx of snow and it’s likely the mountain ops team had their hands full. Yet another example of why we should all be wearing helmets on the slopes:
“It looks like I did not see the lift and did not tell him but the truth is that I was talking to my friend on the right and the wide lens makes it look like I saw it. Also the last run of the day, so quite the coincidence. Luckily he had a helmet and did not take any harm, and we just laughed for a long time.”
