“A newly engaged, spoiled hotel heiress (Lindsay Lohan) gets into a skiing accident, suffers from total amnesia and finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner (Chord Overstreet) and his precocious daughter in the days leading up to Christmas.”

Think Lindsey might have spent a few days in Aspen researching her rich heiress ski bunny role for the upcoming holiday romantic comedy “Falling For Christmas.” Fuzzy boots, Maserati SUV, the inability to self arrest while being pushed backwards by wind…nailed it. Striking plot similarities to the 80’s classic “Overboard” starring Goldie Hawn but I wasn’t exactly expecting Christopher Nolan level screenwriting for a Netflix Christmas film. One valuable takeaway, fur hats don’t count as head protection. If you want to avoid sudden onset amnesia while skiing, wear a helmet. They make pink ones if color coordination is priority.
