The Weather Channel’s Jim Cantore is down in Punta Gorda, FL to report on Hurricane Ian. Cantore has grown his celebrity with his brave reporting through some of North America’s worst weather events.

One of Cantore’s calling cards, so to say, is when he stands head-first in the extremely strong winds of the storm he’s reporting on.

The clip below shows Cantore getting knocked down by a tree branch that’s blowing in 150mph+ sustained winds from Hurricane Ian.

Cantore was okay, but you need to see this clip for yourself, it’s wild:

What kind of life insurance policy does Cantore have? For that matter, can he even get life insurance?

I can’t imagine any company would be willing to cover him when he’s regularly subjecting himself to hurricane-strength winds.
