YouTube channel The Gravity Lab uploaded a terrifying video of a fellow climber falling when a flake of rock broke off from the side of the mountain.

It goes to show just dangerous climbing can be, and really puts free soloing (climbing without ropes, harnesses, or other protective equipment) into perspective. It just takes one rock to break and you could die…

The video’s title claims that they were 700 feet up the mountain.
