VIDEO: Reframing Disability in the Outdoors

“It’s not about overcoming a disability. I’m always going to be disabled no matter what I overcome or what mountains I climb. It’s just what are those barriers and what can we do to break them down.”

Last winter, Vasu Sojitra and his two friends Emilé Zynobia and Zahan Billimoria set out to ski Mt. Moran, in the process, reshaped the conversation around disability in the outdoors. Excellent little film, this crew is rad.
