Trail cams are absolutely fascinating. They capture animals in their natural environments, and provide a unique perspective into wildlife that you just can’t get anywhere else.
This huge grizzly was spotted marking a tree in the Yukon wilderness in early August, and then it charges right at the camera almost as if it realized it was being watched.
It really made me think about how many millions of wildlife interactions are happening at every moment that we’ll never be able to witness.
I felt very grateful that somebody set up this trail cam so I could see this one. Even though its just a fleeting moment of this bear’s long life.
Sorry to get philosophical on you this Tuesday morning, but I think its healthy to reflect on our lives in this crazy world that we live in.
