A surprise base runner stole home plate during a softball game in Steamboat Springs on Wednesday. The moose ran onto the field and went straight for home plate as the crowd roared in approval. It happened at Howelson Hill on Wednesday evening during a local B-league softball game. The moose has yet be identified and remains anonymoose.
