Look like metro Denver might be getting animal style by late 2020. The Coloradoan reports the California-based burger joint with a cult following has submitted a site improvement plan for the potential project in the south Denver metro area on Thursday.
The proposed location is in the city of Lone Tree near the Park Meadows mall. The plans call for taking over Suds Factory Car Wash & Auto Detailing Center at 9171 E. Westview Road near East County Line Road and Yosemite Street.
The proposed building would be 3,867 square feet and include an indoor and outdoor seating area that is capable of accommodating up to 80 guests. Construction is expected to take six months. Who’s up for some In-N-Out after a day on the hill?
