Brian Bushway lost his sight when he was 14 but he has honed his sense of hearing to a point where he can navigate his mountain bike on downhill terrain. When Brian mountain bikes he follows a lead rider who has a zip tie attached to their bike fork that bounces of the spokes like the classic baseball card techinique. In addition to this auditory cue provided by the lead rider, he also relies on echolocation using sound to locate objects. Simply incredible:
