After sitting empty for decades the old landfill at Millers Landing is finally being developed and there are plans for ski hill in Castle Rock that would provide year round skiing just 30 minutes from Denver. Denver 7 reports P3 Advisers will be leading the Miller’s Landing project. Shawn Temple of P3 said his team hope to have the ski hill opened up next year and the entire Millers Landing project completed within six years:
