Swiss Company Invents Safer Avalanche Explosive Ordinance (Inert Until Materials Combined)

 Okay so not a lot of info to go by but the avalanche mitigation arm of the Swiss company Wyssen just dropped this teaser for a new ordinance that only becomes explosive moments before its use.
