Okay so not a lot of info to go by but the avalanche mitigation arm of the Swiss company Wyssen just dropped this teaser for a new ordinance that only becomes explosive moments before its use. Here’s how they explain it and a short demonstration video (shockwave porn if you go 1080p and .25 speed):
