Havre, Montana has been named by The Weather Channel as having the worst winter in the country for the 2017-2018 season.

A recent article by the Weather Channel ranked the top five U.S. cities with the worst winter in the Untied States. The article says Havre won hands down based on the amount of snow and cold temperatures. Havre had an average winter temperature of only 8.6 degrees.

Some of the other cites on the list made it not for bone chilling temps or huge snowfall but for natural disasters such as flooding or major storms.
