Imagine skiing in your favorite resort when the mountain suddenly erupts. This is exactly what happened in Japan yesterday, as Mt Kusatsu-Shirane erupted. The 2160-m tall stratovolcano is also a popular ski resort, with many people on the slopes as it erupted. This video is actually taken by a witness on a ski lift!
