On Monday at around 6:30pm shots were fired at climbers in Little Cottonwood Canyon in Utah. The canyon most known for the two famous ski resorts of Snowbird and Alta is an unlikely place for such a life threatening event.
Climber Nate Lamb, told Fox 13 Salt Lake City, “We were climbing this route called ‘Stifler’s Mom,'”
They were about 250 feet up or so on the third pitch when all of a sudden, they heard three or four gunshots.
Thirty seconds later, they heard several more.
