Another successful year is in the books for the the Suzuki Nine Royals competition held at Watles, South Tyrol, Italy.  This unique contest uses two jam sessions for judges to decide the winners by scoring based on only two technical tricks and one style trick.

The contest format encourages competitors to try new things to push their limits and we saw some truly incredible progression as a result, most notably Andri Ragettli’s landing the world first quad cork 1800.

Here are the big winners from the week:

Woman’s Snowboard: Jamie Anderson (USA)

Men’s Snowboard: Sebbe De Buck (BEL)

Women’s Ski: Andri Ragettli (SUI)

Men’s Ski: Coline Ballet-Baz (FRA)
