Weather.com reports that 66.4 percent of the Lower 48 was covered by snow or ice as of Sunday morning with deep snowpacks in the northern Plains, Great Lakes snowbelts, northern Maine and the mountain West.  Winter Storm Helena left the south with spotty snow and even Hawaii is holding it down with the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island.  

So which state do you think is snowless….here’s a clue:florida
