You won’t be able to get up behind a little DJI you buy off Amazon, but if you have a commercial grade octocopter at your disposal this could go down on just about any body of water. Also if you strap a GoPro to its underside you can document the whole thing.
Might not be the longest rides with the current state of battery capacity, but that will no doubt improve in years to come.
