Gizmodo is saying this occurred outside Austin, TX on private property. The video was shot and shows a man go up and over the lip of this waterslide.

Beyond the water slide is a massive cliff. The man eventually was transported to the hospital and has since been identified as David Salmon. He suffered a broken my arm, fractured ribs, as well as lacerations on his back, side, and arms. Salmon later released the video with the hashtag #notdead.
