Meet Phil Capy….certified American badass. At 87 most of us would be content to sit back in the rocking chair and pinch cheeks. If this guy pinches your cheek you were probably just unconscious on the side of the mountain because this octogenarian is one of the best ski patrollers at Big Sky, Montana. You can tell how well regarded he is by his co-workers when the use words like “fatherly” and “hero” to describe him. Big Sky you are damn lucky to have this caliber of employee in the corral. If you see him out on the hill give him a nod, a wave, chat him up, just don’t get in his way if he’s on a rescue.
