Description of Glamping Units

The igloo village is made out of snow and nothing else. When you choose to stay at this glamping site, you have two options – to stay in a dormitory setting with other people, or to have your own private igloo. Despite what you may think, the inside of an igloo is not too cold! Although they are made of snow and ice, human heat rises the temperature quite quickly to more than 10°C. If you dress correctly, which is to say the normal clothing you’d wear while skiing, you’ll be just fine. If you think you’ll be cold at night, there are sleeping bags available on site that will keep you extra warm.

Remember to come to this site prepared for chilly conditions. If you come with ski clothing that is dry and warm, you’ll be perfect. It’s also advisable to bring comfortable ankle boots to walk in the snow.

This igloo village is open from December 20 to April 5. When you make your reservation, keep in mind that this property is open Wednesday to Saturday night. The village can be rented out for a group of 15 or more.
