Lucky Aussie walks away with a few stitches and some black and blues after this dust up…
“They don’t call Canberra the Bush Capital for nothing…this accident occurred on Adelaide Avenue just off Capital Circle…I escaped relatively unscathed with no broken bones but a severely grazed and bruised elbow, grazed hip and 8 stitches in my knee…while the ‘roo did hop away, it jumped over the railing on Adelaide Ave down to State Circle where it was subsequently hit by a car and killed…four cars with five people stopped within seconds to offer much appreciated assistance…they introduced themselves to me at the time but I can’t remember their names to thank them personally.”
