You feeling old? Quit your yapper and take a page out of Johanna Quaas’s book.  She is 89 and still coming up with new parallel bars exercises.  This lady is truly inspirational and we could all use a bit of her attitude while confronting life’s challenges.  So whether its hiking a mountain, hitting the gym or plugging in Wii Fit…get off your dupa and get cracking…you aren’t getting any younger.
