Reports are coming in that four men have been killed by an avalanche in the Sunndalsfjella mountains in central Norway.
The four skiers were part of a group of six who got separated due to bad weather in the mountains. When the four did not arrive at a designated meeting point later in the day the others called in the emergency services. Rescue workers were able to locate the bodies by using the victims avalanche transceivers.
It is being reported that the four men were in their 20s and 30s and were all experienced off-piste skiers.
