Following a fantastic winter a number of Colorado ski resorts will be extending their ski seasons.

Aspen Mountain is set to close April 20 but will reopen for two additional weekends – April 26-27 and May 3-4.

Copper Mountain also closes April 20 but will reopen for one additional weekend, April 25-27.

Winter Park Resort will extend its season by one full week and will be open through April 27.

Arapahoe Basin plans on closing June 1, but if the snow keeps coming it could stay open much later.

Sunlight Mountain Resort and Powderhorn Mountain Resort in Western Colorado also announced extensions through this weekend.
