Ski Like a Girl: Lynsey Dyer at TEDxJacksonHole

Lynsey Dyer won a Junior Olympic medal in Downhill Skiing at age 16 before her passion for powder and the freedom of the backcountry led her to give up racing and pursue competition on the Freeski World Tour. Committed to helping females reach their potential through challenging themselves in the outdoors, Dyer co-founded SheJumps.org.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
