New Hampshire’s Granite Gorge ski area, located just outside of Keene in the southwestern part of the state, is facing a foreclosure sale on February 1. The Granite Gorge ski area, owned by Baybutt Construction Corp. of Keene, is entering foreclosure following a $89,789.11 mortgage issued that started last October by Interstate Electrical Services Corp. of North Billerica, Mass.

Granite Gorge was opened in 2003 on the site of the former Pinnacle Mountain ski area, which operated until the 1970s.
