Today  in Breckenridge, CO locals Kevin Litch Polish and Kristian Slaugh are attempting to set a new Shot-ski World Record. The current shot-ski world record is held by an Arizona fraternity who built a 167′ shot-ski. “We found out that the world record was 167 feet by a fraternity in Arizona,” Polich, who goes by Litch, said. “We were like, Arizona can’t have it. It’s got to be a ski town. And what better than Breck?”

If it works, they will have crushed the Arizona record by 85 feet. Representatives from Guinness World Records will be on hand to make the final determination.

“We’ve never tested it, so it’s not tried and true,” Litch said. “If we don’t make it this year, we’ll do it again next year and it will be even longer.”via summitdaily.com
