Stevens Pass, WA is in the midst of it’s third snowiest december in it’s history. So far this december the ski area has received 193 inches of snow. And with more than a week remaining Stevens Pass could break it’s all time December record of 228″ which it set in 1996.
“We are ecstatic about all of the snow we have received this month. While much of the country has lagged behind on snow totals, the Pacific Northwest has been blessed with the best conditions in the country,” said Bill Bourton, General Manager. “Timing could not be better, allowing folks to get out on the slopes during their holiday break and enjoy the extraordinary conditions.”
One historic mark has already been broken this month at Stevens Pass when 39 inches of snow fell in a 12-hour period.
Stevens Pass Mountain Resort ski currently skiing 100% of it’s PNW terrain.
