The weekend storm that hit Utah ski resort’s left 50 inches of new snow on Snowbird and will allow the resort to open this Thursday, two days ahead of schedule. Gadzoom, Mid-Gad and Chickadee chairlifts will be open on Thursday. The new Little Cloud, which has been upgraded to a high speed detachable quad, will open on Dec. 1.
The Aerial Tram is scheduled to open with skiing on Regulator Johnson on Saturday, conditions permitting.
