With a little help from Hurricane Sandy Sugar Mountain Resort will open tomorrow, Wednesday, October 31 – Halloween for day skiing and snowboarding. In its 43 year history, Sugar Mountain Resort’s earliest opening was on November 5th in 1976. For you Sugar Mountain locals out there the resort will be spinning The Summit #1 Lift to the three-quarter station.
