It’s our Unofficial favorite painter Robert Norman “Bob” Ross Birthday today. Bob would have been 70 years old. Here is a look back at some of his finest work on the subjects of winter, snow and mountains. 

Robert Norman “Bob” Ross (October 29, 1942 – July 4, 1995) was an American painter, art instructor, and television host. He is best known as the creator and host of The Joy of Painting, a television program that ran on PBS in the United States. Here is a collection of his best works of “happy little Mountains and pleasant hills where snow lives.”
